highlights from our first reader survey

the past few weeks i posted a survey link along with my writing on social media. 25 folks completed it and i thought it would be fun to share the highlights.

1. chart 1 - there is broad interest by readers in the things I am interested in - health stuff, body/sex stuff, spirituality/mystical sh!t. a little less interest in poetry - which is too bad for you cause i’m just entering another emo phase.
   
   24% of you noted “i’m really only interested in matthew's OnlyFans”. this means she’s still got it. lets workshop the content direction - i’m thinking I will call the channel “dumpilingus”, where I, and unknowing collabs, eat dumplings faux-sensuously while dressed in corresponding cultural garb. my subscribers will be known affectionately as “humplings”. yes?

2. i thought everyone wanted to digest content in four second video clips spliced with hot people dancing. looks like the written word has a future, and i can defer my TikTok stardom a few months.

3. the last survey questions related to areas people offered help. i was amazed by the deep experience and generosity. “will edit for dog cuddles.” as a general matter i consider everything published on this page as a “draft” and i am interested in questions, recommendations, and ideas.
